[The calculation of fees]
The fee is calculated based on the pure "number of characters (per character)" after excluding "numbers" and "symbols" from the string extracted from the drawing.

We will calculate it based on that.

[Regarding the delivery time for your estimate]
Even for drawings of a substantial size, such as around 1,000 drawinfgs, we have entered into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in advance.

As stated above, we will send you an accurate quotation within 24 hours of receiving all the drawing data.

 

[Quotation Conditions]

In the following, drawings provided by the customer will be referred to as "original drawings," and drawings created by cad-dMates will be referred to as "dMates drawings."

1. The filename of the dMates diagram delivered to the customer will have "dMates_" added to the beginning of the original diagram's filename (this can be changed).

2. The DBText in the original diagram will be converted to MText.

3. MLeader places the English (original language) in its original position, and the Japanese is placed below it.

4. The original text color will be unified to the single color selected by the customer within the dMates diagram.

5. Due to space limitations on the drawing, all full-width katakana and full-width numbers in dMates diagrams will be converted to half-width characters.

6. Due to space limitations on the drawing, the font size of text written in both English and Japanese may be adjusted to be smaller.

7. About Layers:

i. The original Japanese text will be moved to a newly added layer called "dMates_Original" (the layer name can be changed).

ii. Layers containing strings written in both English and Japanese will be named "dMates_Translated" (the layer name can be changed).

8. String size:

i. English text will be placed in the upper row and Japanese text in the lower row (the order can be changed).

ii. For both English and Japanese, you can select the font height to be 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% of the original text height.

9. If a sentence that was originally one line is split into several lines, accurate translation may not be possible.

Please be aware of this in advance.

*To avoid this, you need to convert the data into uninterrupted format beforehand (MText recommended).

10. [Important] Customer confirmation of translation results

i. We will send you a translated Japanese-English comparison table; please review the contents for your reference.

ii. After receiving confirmation (approval) from the customer, we will begin the process of exporting the data to dMates drawings.

iii. We anticipate a customer verification period of 2 days (our business days). If verification takes more than 3 days,

The overall delivery date will be pushed back by that number of days.

iv. Based on the translation you have reviewed, we will create a bilingual drawing (dMates drawing) in both English and Japanese.

 

v. After your review, we will not be held liable for any consequences arising from the translation results provided by dMates.
